Last year Microsoft and Xbox created an event for the fans, aptly named Fanfest that allowed 500 lucky attendees into their press conference, special events and more importantly E3 itself. It was such a success that they’re planning on doing it again this year and at the same spot as before in Los Angeles, California. While the event itself runs from Monday June 13th to Thursday the 15th, getting passes for the event go out on Sunday morning 11am at the Microsoft Store in Century City Mall at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd.
If you’re lucky to be one of the 500 to get a pass, you’ll also be treated with a sweet swag bag, as you can see from the horrible screen cap below:
What you’ll get inside thanks to Larry Hryb / Major Nelson on Xbox’s Periscope account is:
•A ReCore puzzle
•A Halo MegaBlocks set
•A Forza Motorsport shirt
•A Scalebound shirt
•A Killer Instinct shirt
•A Minecraft mini-figure
•A Scalebound controller skin
•A code for Minecraft of Windows 10 Beta edition
•A matching mini accessory bag
PLUS, a few more secret surprises they just couldn’t tell us on the broadcast. Which makes it all the more worthwhile to go line up early to get one! I’ll be there with my crew, so hope to see some of you there.
