Sorry for the delay, but we finally have a new episode of GOT2LISTEN for you. This week, we talk about the first two years of the PlayStation 4. We discuss the lack of first party games, the emphasis on partnerships with third party developers, the rise of HD remakes and give our thoughts on how Sony has handled this generation so far. We also talk about where we would like to see the platform go in the future.
For our second topic, we talk about our taste in games and how it has changed and evolved over time. From the days where gameplay was king, to today where there is more of an emphasis on storytelling.
For our what we played segment, Avedon talks about his time with Nintendo Badge Arcade and Jason muses over his time with Star Wars Battlefront and how Bethesda’s Fallout 4 just isn’t clicking with him.
Thanks for listening.
